My first experience working with violins started over 10 years ago at Merton College in South London. Straight after graduating I gained a place at J P Guivier London, one of Britain's foremost violin dealers and repairers, where I spent almost 5 years honing my skills to maintain the stringent standards the workshop and instruments demand.

After having worked on thousands of instruments, I wanted to set up my own client base. I now have a thriving violin making and repairing workshop in South Manchester providing that same high quality craftsmanship you would find in London.

Many of my clients are professional musicians in the North of England. Many of them play in renowned orchestras such as The Halle, BBC Philharmonic and The Royal Liverpool Philharmonic; others are freelance musicians and students at the RNCM and Chetham's school of music.
